Delivery

Order Before 3pm (Mon-Fri) For Same Day Dispatch

All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day, regardless of delivery method chosen, subject to stock availability and any security checks. Orders placed after 3pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day. A working day is defined as Mon-Fri, not including Bank Holidays. Whether you have 1 item, or a hundred items in your order, you will still pay the same amount for delivery. We offer two delivery options for UK orders.

Standard Delivery - FREE

Our Standard Delivery charge for the UK is FREE. This usually takes 1-3 working days, but may take up to 14 days on rare occasions. Standard delivery orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class or courier as appropriate.

Next Working Day Delivery - £5.99

Our Next Working Day Delivery charge for the UK is £5.99. Next Working Day Delivery orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier, as appropriate. A working day is defined as Mon-Fri, not including Bank Holidays. Please note that Next Working Day Delivery is only available to UK Mainland addresses, excluding Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the IoM and the Channel Islands.

Important information about deliveries

Most deliveries will require a signature, so please make sure that there will be someone available at the delivery address to accept and sign for your parcel. If you would like your parcel to be delivered to a work address, please enter it in the delivery address form when you place your order. Our courier will make one delivery attempt only, after which your parcel will be held at the local depot for collection.

Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete delivery address.  If a parcel is returned to us undelivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will not be able to re-send it. In those circumstances, we will refund your original payment minus your delivery charge. If a parcel is lost as a result of an incomplete or incorrect address, we are unable to re-send it or refund the payment. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by the provision of incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Order status and tracking

You can view your order status at any time by logging into your account. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, so that you know when to expect delivery.

If tracking data is available for your parcel, it will appear on your order information screen, which is accessed by logging into your account. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, and tracking data is usually available within 2 hours of dispatch.

What does Next Day delivery mean?

Our courier guarantees a 98.5% rate of delivery within 24 hours. Unfortunately, this means that some 1.5% of orders will be delivered later than next day. If this happens, please be patient and give them one more day.

My order is late, what should I do?

If your order was dispatched by Standard Delivery, please allow 10 working days before contacting us. If it has not arrived after that period, please contact us stating your order number and we will investigate immediately. Please note that we will need to wait 14 days before being able to trace or replace lost items.

If you haven't received your order within 10 working days, the most common reason is that Royal Mail have attempted delivery but the 'While you were out' card has been misplaced. You may want to contact your local delivery office to check if they are holding a parcel for you. You can get details of your local Royal Mail Delivery Office by calling 08456 050 767.

If your order was dispatched by Next Working Day Delivery, please allow up to 2 working days for it to arrive. If by the end of the second working day you still don't have your order (this is extremely rare), please contact us stating your order number and we will investigate immediately.

Delivery Delays

Please note that although our couriers will make every effort to deliver to you promptly, adverse weather conditions may cause unavoidable delays.

UK non-mainland deliveries

If you're having your order delivered to somewhere far away from us, such as Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, you will still only be charged the standard rate. However, please expect your order to take a few extra days to reach you.

Please note that some very heavy or bulky items will be subject to an additional charge. If there are any items on your order that fall into this category, we will contact you before your order is processed.

BFPO

We are happy to deliver to BFPO addresses. Just enter your address in full, and for the postcode enter BFPO followed by your BFPO code. Please note that Next Working Day delivery is not available for BFPO addresses.

PO Box Addresses

Sorry, but we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Overseas orders

Sorry, but we are unable to deliver to overseas addresses.


Orders through third party sites

Some of the products advertised on our website are sold through third party sites. For those products, you will be redirected to a different website to place your order. The delivery information above only applies to products sold through this website, and not through other websites.
