Once the bag is cut open, just sow the seeds, water and position the pack where it'll get some light. Then wait for the Coriander to appear. Expect the seeds to germinate in 7-14 days.
Coriander's unique flavour will add an interesting flavour to a whole host of foods, including fish, soups and meats.
