The Pocket Garden East Indian Lemongrass pack comes sealed in a leak-proof bag containing specially formulated compost and seeds. Once the bag is cut open, just sow the seeds, water and position the pack where it'll get some light. Then wait for the Lemongrass to appear. Expect the seeds to germinate in 14-21 days.
Lemongrass is fantastic in curries and other spicy dishes such as soups and to use, cut the stalks off at ground level and discard before serving. Another great use is to add a few leaf snippets to a pot of brewing tea for a refreshing lemony flavour.
