If you're looking to improve your fitness and maybe change your lifestyle, then this intensive fitness taster is a must. The main objective of the day is to introduce you to a new way of life and show you how best to achieve all your fitness and health goals. Hillmotts Retreat is set within a 2000 acre estate in Buckinghamshire and the ethos is one of health and fitness delivered with a personal touch to ensure you get an effective workout and feel great.
Split into several sessions, this experience will take you through total body workouts, nutrition discussions and a month long fitness plan. You will be put in to a small group and will have the chance to experience either: - TRX training, this is a new and innovative way of getting a total body workout with minimal equipment and maximum fun - Yoga, this is a great way to help you find total inner tranquillity using physical and mental discipline.
- Zumba, a South-American creation that combines music with dance for a fun and exciting exercise class - Kettlebells, a tried and tested, versatile weight that lets you pump some serious iron - Circuit Training Session, great fun that will focus on those problem areas such as bums and tums You'll be shown how to give yourself a total body workout during three hours of exercise! This session is followed by a talk on diet and how it affects your mood and energy levels.
Before leaving you will then be given a month long diet and fitness plan to get you started on the road to improving your quality of life for good. This experience includes a healthy lunch.
